- Medications (related to terminal illness)

- Personal care (bathing, feeding, dressing)

- Medical equipment & supplies
- Respite care, continuous care & general inpatient
- Unlimited bereavement & caregiver counseling
- Medicare, Medicaid, managed care and most private insurance will cover hospice care services
Bereavement Services
Grane Hospice considers the family's well being as important as the patients'. We provide unlimited bereavement services to all family members. Whether you need to share your grief with a social worker or our chaplain, our continuing support program will be available to your family with no time constraints.
Patient Communities
Grane Hospice works in collaboration with many local skilled nursing facilities, to provide caregiver relief in the form of a respite stay for the patient. Also, if the patient requires a higher level of care, placement in a skilled nursing home is available.
